Compliance Analyst

📋 Description

• Own and manage customer security questionnaires across Legal, Security, Product, Eng, Sales, and CX teams
• Primary coordinator for RFPs and customer due diligence requests
• Maintain and improve standard response libraries, compliance docs, and internal resources
• Support internal and external audit activities, incl. SOC 2, SOX, HIPAA, FedRAMP, TX-RAMP
• Obtain documentation for continuous monitoring and submit evidence to auditors
• Track deadlines, deliverables and approvals to ensure timely submissions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Legal Studies, Cybersecurity, or related field (preferred)
• 1–2 years in tech, compliance, IT, or operations (preferred)
• Strong written communication, organizational and project coordination skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively
• Exposure to SaaS, healthcare tech, compliance or cybersecurity concepts favored
