Compliance Analyst

📋 Description

• Review marketing copy and customer-facing materials against policy, rules, and requirements.
• Support monitoring and testing procedures: pull samples, gather evidence, document results, and
• Work second-line review of customer onboarding (KYB/C) and transaction monitoring escalations
• Maintain compliance recordkeeping, policy and procedure documentation, and the evidence needed to
• Partner with teams around Thatch including Marketing, Product, Operations, and Financial
• Support employee compliance training delivery and completion tracking

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory operations, risk, audit, or
• Exposure to at least one regulated environment — insurance, banking or payments, securities
• Strong writing skills and real precision with detail
• Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to manage recurring workflows and competing deadlines
• Curiosity about overlapping regulatory regimes and the judgment to know when to ask rather than
• Good sense of humor
