Compliance Analyst

📋 Description

• Review and decision KYC and identity verification cases across multiple regions, including document
• Make independent, well-reasoned decisions on ambiguous and high-risk cases where policy guidance is
• Detect and act on identity-fraud and document-fraud techniques - forgeries, manipulations
• Conduct and resolve sanctions screening, politically exposed person (PEP) checks, and adverse-media
• Apply AML and risk frameworks consistently, and document the rationale behind each disposition so
• Audit completed verification cases: sample decisions for accuracy, identify errors and policy

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in KYC, AML, identity verification, trust and safety, or fraud operations
• Strong hands-on knowledge of document verification and identity-fraud techniques across multiple
• Working knowledge of sanctions screening, PEP checks, and AML frameworks.
• Experience in KYC quality assurance - auditing completed verification cases, sampling decisions for
• Familiarity with QA frameworks and metrics such as accuracy scores, error categorization
• Experience with KYC/IDV platforms such as Onfido, Jumio, Persona, Sumsub, Veriff, or similar, and
