Compliance Analyst

📋 Description

• Provide compliance advisory support to business partners on consumer finance and payments
• Support intake, tracking, and completion of Compliance Operations & Advisory work using defined
• Perform second-line oversight reviews of complaint handling for higher-risk channels and contribute
• Support issues management governance by maintaining issue/action logs and monitoring aging to
• Participate in change management oversight by reviewing initiatives for compliance impacts and
• Conduct pre-use compliance reviews of marketing and customer communications; identify disclosures

🎯 Requirements

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently or collaboratively.
• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements for consumer financial
• Experience in compliance operations/advisory, risk management, quality assurance, or other
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear documentation, memos, and
