📋 Description

  • Assist with administration and implementation of WelbeHealth's compliance program.
  • Partner across the organization to strengthen a culture of compliance.
  • Drive analysis and process improvements; identify regulatory trends.
  • Prepare reporting of compliance activities for leadership.
  • Research and maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local laws.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses with actionable recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum three years in healthcare compliance or adjacent field; PACE preferred.
  • Strong project coordination and analytical skills.
  • Self-directed, adaptable, able to execute tasks in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • MS Office suite experience, with emphasis on Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
