Compliance Analyst II

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain compliance training translating regulations into learning.
• Support training administration: track completions, enrollments, and reports.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, and stakeholders to update materials.
• Support governance through risk assessments, regulatory change, and issue tracking.
• Maintain documentation and evidence per governance standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve training materials and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Compliance, Risk, Audit, Controls, or governance.
• Experience developing compliance or training content with version control.
• Strong writing/editing to translate regulatory concepts into learning.
• Strong organizational skills; manage work across time zones.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across functions and time zones.
• Familiarity with instructional design or multi-jurisdiction training is a plus.
