Compliance Analyst, Policy & Corporate Compliance

📋 Description

• Lead compliance reviews of company programs and processes with business leads, evaluate results
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for compliance reviews and decisions, including policies, review
• Partner with policy owners and business teams to develop, implement, and improve SOPs and
• Oversee compliance review of incidents, complaints, and feedback, including recurring reviews that
• Oversee assigned corporate compliance risks and exceptions, confirm required reviews are complete

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in compliance, healthcare, audit, risk, program management, legal, or a
• Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry is preferred
• Experience reviewing a policy, audit result, or business process and identifying when an issue
• Experience turning recurring requirements into clear processes, checklists, templates, or guidance
• Strong written communication, including the ability to explain requirements, findings, decisions
• Experience using data, workflow tools, and automation to improve the quality and consistency of
