Compliance and Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the company’s compliance framework covering ESG/environmental compliance
• Monitor legal and regulatory requirements; conduct compliance risk assessments, identify gaps, and
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, controls, risk registers, and training
• Conduct third-party compliance due diligence, including KYC, AML, sanctions, and integrity
• Maintain and monitor the Environmental and Social Management System (ISO 14001), including relevant
• Coordinate ESG compliance activities, including assessments, reporting, recordkeeping, and liaison

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Law.
• 2+ years of relevant experience as a Legal or Compliance Counsel.
• Understanding of document registry procedures.
• Experience working with document templates.
• Knowledge of contractual documentation related to the sale of the company’s main products.
• Curiosity, perseverance, and attention to detail.
