Compliance Associate

📋 Description

• Review and disposition TM alerts and onboarding apps end to end
• Conduct enhanced due diligence on high risk applicants
• Make SAR recommendations with clear, defensible analysis
• Draft SAR narratives meeting FinCEN quality standards
• Send RFIs and follow through to resolution
• Support periodic KYC refresh reviews for existing customers

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years in compliance, KYC/AML onboarding at FinTech or crypto
• Demonstrated KYB experience: beneficial ownership, entity verification
• Experience with OFAC, PEP, and adverse media screening
• End-to-end AML investigations and SAR-quality documentation
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML and FinCEN SAR rules
• Experience with transaction monitoring platforms
