Own resolution of client-reported compliance cases from intake to closure.
Collaborate with internal teams and publisher partners to investigate issues and remediate.
Perform content reviews across websites, social posts, ads to assess risk and compliance.
Maintain accurate case notes and status updates for tracking and reporting.
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to compliance workflows.
Ensure timely remediation aligned with SLAs and client expectations.

🎯 Requirements

Knowledge of TILA, UDAAP, FTC guidelines and issuer requirements.
Experience with compliance case management and audits.
Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external publisher partners.
Strong documentation, audit, and reporting skills.
Familiarity with compliance monitoring tools such as BrandVerity, Performline, Screaming Frog.
Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving.
