📋 Description

• Own the resolution of client-reported compliance cases from intake through closure, ensuring
• Partner with internal teams and external publisher partners to investigate issues, coordinate
• Perform compliance reviews across websites, social media posts, ad campaigns, and creative mock-ups
• Apply regulatory frameworks (TILA, UDAAP, FTC guidelines) and issuer-specific requirements when
• Maintain accurate case notes, audit documentation, and status updates to support team tracking and
• Contribute to the development and refinement of compliance workflows and SOPs by sharing practical
