Compliance Assurance Analyst

📋 Description

• Delivering assurance reviews across key regulations, processes and controls.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to strengthen controls and outcomes.
• Support the Compliance Assurance Plan with oversight of first line activities.
• Produce high‑quality reports, MI and stakeholder recommendations.
• Track and validate remediation actions from assurance reviews.
• Support risk assessments and ongoing development of assurance methods.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in compliance, assurance or audit in regulated financial services.
• Good understanding of FCA regs and guidance (Consumer Duty, Vulnerable Customers).
• Analyze complex information and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Understand the role of risk and compliance functions and outcomes.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
• Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
