Compliance Assurance Officer

📋 Description

• Deliver assurance reviews end to end
• Execute reviews in line with the EMAP Compliance Assurance Plan
• Define testing approach and review activities for engagements
• Maintain robust working papers and clear review documentation
• Assess findings and support remediation
• Prepare clear, well-structured reports detailing findings, risks, and actions

🎯 Requirements

• Around 3 years of experience in monitoring, testing, assurance, or audit within regulatory compliance
• Experience in a substantial regulated organisation, ideally in Financial Services
• Good working knowledge of privacy and data protection regulation and its key principles
• Experience delivering assurance or testing reviews and documenting findings clearly
• Investigate issues, analyze data, and prepare clear, actionable reports
• Confidence working with business stakeholders to discuss findings, risks, and actions
