Compliance Audit Manager

📋 Description

• End-to-end audits from planning to reporting under Head of Audit.
• Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.
• Test ITGCs and automated/manual controls across key systems.
• Leverage direct system data extraction and automated testing.
• Prepare working papers with risk-based conclusions.
• Collaborate with global compliance teams and external providers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Compliance, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certifications: CIA, CISA, CAMS (ACAMS) or ICA Diploma.
• 5+ years in internal/external audit or risk/compliance.
• Experience in investment space (brokerages/exchanges/trading fintech).
• Regulatory exposure to EU, UK, HK or DIFC/DFSA advantageous.
• Familiarity with audit management tools and Excel.
