📋 Description

• Audit Planning & Prep: research emerging risks and regulatory differences.
• Audit Execution: perform end-to-end audits; test controls; collect evidence.
• Reporting & Follow-Up: draft issues; present findings; track remediation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Ops.
• Regulatory & Industry Awareness: stay updated on AML/CTF and crypto regs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business, IS, or related field.
• 7+ years in internal or compliance audit in financial services or crypto.
• Experience with AML/CTF, sanctions, onboarding/KYC, monitoring.
• Exposure to crypto exchange ops, blockchain analytics, or asset compliance.
• Strong control design, risk assessment, audit testing methodologies.
• Data analytics experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
