Compliance & Controls Associate, Auto Servicing

📋 Description

• Design, document, and operate first-line controls for auto servicing.
• Implement regulatory-compliant servicing processes across loans.
• Identify issues and support remediation with action plans.
• Build monitoring routines and KPIs/KRIs to surface risk.
• Improve complaint oversight and translate findings into changes.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, and Ops to strengthen oversight.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in financial services regulatory/compliance work.
• Auto servicing knowledge: bankruptcy, repossession, recovery.
• Ability to design, document, and implement risk and control processes.
• Experience partnering with compliance, risk, legal, and business teams.
• Strong communication and project management in regulated environments.
• GenAI and automation familiarity to speed documentation.
