Compliance & Controls Manager, Growth

📋 Description

• Review campaigns, communications, partner materials, and launches for compliance.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Compliance to provide risk-based guidance.
• Apply UDAAP and consumer protection rules (Reg B, TCPA, CAN-SPAM).
• Help build and scale the team's first-line compliance operating model.
• Develop scalable review processes, checklists, and guidance to increase consistency.
• Identify recurring compliance themes and propose process improvements to reduce risk.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years reviewing marketing, advertising, or customer-facing content for compliance in regulated industries.
• Experience applying UDAAP and consumer protection rules (Reg B, TCPA, CAN-SPAM).
• Experience managing high-volume compliance reviews while meeting deadlines.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, or Compliance teams.
• Knowledge of secured lending products (HELOC or secured loans).
• Knowledge of AI-enabled compliance considerations or automated decisioning.
• Experience using Generative AI tools to improve research or compliance workflows.
