Provide legal/regulatory analysis on HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and state rules.
Partner with the Director of Compliance to assess risks and advise on issues.
Advise Product, Engineering, Clinical Ops, Revenue Cycle on compliance before launch.
Execute reviews, audits, and monitoring for Medicare, HIPAA, and payer programs.
Draft and maintain policies, procedures, playbooks, and training materials.
Embed compliance into processes and product workflows with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

J.D. and active bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
3–6 years in compliance or regulatory practice; healthcare preferred.
Comfort operating in ambiguity in evolving regulatory environments.
Experience supporting audits, investigations, and monitoring programs.
Strong judgment balancing legal risk, regulatory integrity, and speed.
Nice to have CMS programs, Medicare billing, or healthcare privacy law.
