Compliance, Employment & Litigation Counsel

📋 Description

• Lead global compliance and employment counseling across US, Canada, and LATAM.
• Develop ethics, export controls, sanctions and anti-corruption policies.
• Advise on hiring, performance, accommodations, leaves, investigations.
• Manage disputes: contracts, vendors, IP, privacy, bankruptcy.
• Build scalable processes to reduce litigation risk and improve management.
• Partner with People Team and business units to enable compliant growth.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed to practice.
• 5+ years of legal experience in compliance, employment and/or litigation.
• Strong judgment; practical, business-oriented advice.
• Problem-solving mentality; decisive, action-oriented.
• Process-focused; improves templates, policies and training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; travel may be required.
• In-house and SaaS/tech experience preferred; Canada/LATAM exposure.
