Compliance Engineer

📋 Description

• Analyze and decompose regulatory frameworks and licensing requirements.
• Support licensing/regulatory-readiness projects (scoping, gap analysis, policy review).
• Conduct first-line review of AI outputs for regulatory accuracy, evidence, and traceability.
• Convert unstructured requests into clear scopes, deliverables, and review reports.
• Support compliance guidance, evidence checklists, and licensing deliverables.
• Collaborate with Engineering to build regulatory mappings and AI workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in engineering/compliance roles (fintech, digital assets, or law).
• Hands-on experience with at least 1 licensing application or regulatory-readiness project.
• Strong understanding of regulatory analysis, evidence review, and licensing documentation.
• Ability to produce clear guidance, mappings, presentations, and client reports.
• Strong client communication and cross-functional project-management skills.
• English proficiency; Chinese preferred but not required.
