Compliance Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop and verify technical security controls that satisfy multiple compliance frameworks
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and product engineering teams to translate compliance
• Design and execute control testing procedures to assess control performance, surface gaps, and
• Establish repeatable control assessments and continuous monitoring processes to evaluate compliance
• Translate security requirements into structured, machine-readable JSON definitions to support
• Build and maintain API integrations and automated workflows to streamline evidence collection

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in security compliance, security assurance, IT audit, or compliance
• Experience with security compliance frameworks, including FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST
• Experience testing security controls for design and operating performance, including surfacing gaps
• Understanding of cloud security concepts, including identity and access management, vulnerability
• Experience working with engineering teams to implement compliance requirements as technical
• Experience with JSON, REST APIs, and automation, applied to compliance engineering challenges
