• Review and assess digital content quality vs guidelines
• Identify and correct errors in credit card and product terms
• Provide feedback detailing inconsistencies and errors
• Assist with keyword research and content optimization
• Other duties as assigned by the Company

🎯 Requirements

• BA: Language & Communication Studies or related
• Avid reader with literature appreciation
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing text
• Proofreading experience advantageous
• Experience with websites, social media and online navigation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; hybrid environment
