📋 Description

• Own end-to-end investigations into complex AML/CFT matters, from alert review or referral, through
• Conduct delegated MLRO reviews of Suspicious Transaction Reports and Suspicious Activity Reports
• Lead proactive investigations, using transaction data, on-chain activity, trading behaviour and
• Develop actionable intelligence from casework and analytics to inform escalations, regulatory
• Partner internally with Country MLROs, local compliance teams, operations teams and other
• Partner with law enforcement agencies and external stakeholders on suspicious activity reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years conducting and reviewing complex crypto financial crime investigations including
• Experience preparing, reviewing and filing SARs/STRs with strong understanding of
• Demonstrated ability to perform data-driven investigations using SQL, blockchain analytics tools
• Strong investigative judgement and the ability to produce clear, structured long-form reports
• Experience identifying financial crime typologies, contributing to proactive investigations and
• Utilises generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs
