Compliance KYC Manager

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day KYC operations across customer onboarding and ongoing due diligence, managing
• Be hands-on in complex case reviews and escalations, applying sound, risk-based judgment and
• Manage and develop the KYC team through coaching, training, performance feedback, and capacity
• Own and maintain policies, procedures, and operational guidance, ensuring they reflect applicable
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and business teams to resolve challenges, evaluate
• Build and maintain relationships with Paxos’ enterprise partners and customers and their Compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of US KYC requirements, including customer identification, beneficial ownership
• Experience leading KYC operations and working directly in queues, reviewing complex cases
• Demonstrated success managing and developing a team, including coaching analysts to exercise sound
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering with Product, Engineering
• Ability to juggle competing priorities, communicate trade-offs and capacity constraints clearly
• Experience maintaining policies, procedures, and supporting documentation, and translating
