📋 Description

• Drive risk-based ethics and compliance strategy, proactively identifying gaps.
• Lead investigations into non-compliance and unethical conduct.
• Own drafting and updating ethics and compliance policies.
• Design and own compliance risk assessment programs.
• Serve as subject matter expert on ABAC, third-party risk, sanctions.
• Integrate compliance with business units and build AI tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years experience in ethics and compliance programs.
• Rapidly adopts new technologies and AI tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, high attention to detail.
• Strong risk evaluation and mitigation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or Business Admin.
• CCEP certification preferred.
