Compliance Lead

📋 Description

• Own the management, operation, and maturation of Pinterest's Corporate Compliance and Ethics
• Assist with third-party risk management, including sanctions screening, third-party reviews, and
• Identify, assess, and escalate compliance risks and issues; work with stakeholders to implement
• Design and conduct risk assessments, documenting findings and tracking mitigation actions.
• Support regulatory monitoring across US, EU, LATAM, and APAC, translating requirements into
• Maintain and improve self-service compliance resources, including policies, procedures, trackers

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance and ethics, sanctions, AML/KYC, third-party risk, or
• Experience with GRC, workflow, or case-management systems (e.g., LMS, helpline platforms, document
• Familiarity with sanctions screening, OFAC, FCPA, anti-bribery and corruption, financial crime
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex requirements to non-legal
• Sound judgment and escalation recognition.
