Compliance Lead (GRC)

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and improve the organization’s compliance framework across IT and business units.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR.
• Support audits, risk management, and governance initiatives.
• Own and manage the compliance program covering Security, Privacy, and IT controls.
• Coordinate external audits and readiness reviews.
• Lead internal compliance assessments and governance reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in IT Compliance, Information Security Governance, GRC, Audit, or Risk Mgmt.
• Experience managing compliance programs and regulatory audits.
• Strong understanding of security controls, risk management, governance, and audits.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead governance reviews and training programs.
