Compliance Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the Compliance team and align with regulatory requirements
• Act as regulator liaison and oversee 2nd line of defense
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Compliance program
• Monitor KPIs and regulatory changes; translate into actions
• Oversee Code of Ethics, training, and complaints handling
• Drive continuous improvement of Compliance processes and tools

🎯 Requirements

• English: Advanced/Fluent
• Undergraduate Degree in Law, Business Admin, Foreign Trade, or Economics
• ABRACAM Certificate ABT2 (completed or commitment to acquire after joining)
• Deep understanding of financial market laws/regulations and regulators' processes
• Experience in managing Compliance teams and programs; inspections and audits
• Ability to respond to Central Bank of Brazil demands and deadlines
