Compliance Manager

📋 Description

• Manage and support the development and implementation of compliance strategy and jurisdictional
• Develop, monitor and maintain compliance control frameworks, policies and procedures, ensuring they
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate changes into clear, timely actions for the business.
• Oversee licensing activity and help ensure ongoing compliance with applicable licence conditions
• Lead and coordinate internal and external compliance audits, following through on findings and
• Prepare clear compliance reports for senior management or the Board when required.

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of compliance experience within the gambling industry; candidates from outside
• Strong B2B gambling compliance experience and can contribute with limited ramp-up; strong B2C
• Understand multi-jurisdictional gambling regulation, licensing and compliance frameworks, ideally
• Bachelor's degree in law, business or another relevant field.
• Communicate exceptionally well in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Can work with limited supervision, make sound decisions independently and take full ownership of
