🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of regulatory compliance experience in Australian financial services.
• Prior people management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Australian consumer credit, ASIC expectations, licensing and responsible lending.
• Ability to translate regulatory interpretation into practical business decisions.
• Bachelor's degree required; governance or risk qualifications preferred.
