📋 Description

• Oversee daily compliance program operations in healthcare.
• Lead investigations into policy violations, privacy concerns, and potential fraud.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks via process reviews and regulatory changes.
• Develop risk indicators and monitoring programs to measure effectiveness.
• Deliver practical compliance guidance to staff and leadership.
• Coordinate with regulators, payors, and external partners for audits and reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years healthcare compliance experience in a high-growth org.
• 2+ years conducting and resolving complex compliance and privacy investigations.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/HITECH, Medicaid, OIG guidance, and corporate standards.
• Ability to assess risk and manage multiple high-impact projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; explain complex regulations clearly.
