📋 Description

• Lead local adherence to the Global Sobi Compliance Program in Germany.
• Partner with General Managers to ensure governance and risk management.
• Advise on Code of Conduct, ABAC, Data Privacy, and Third-Party risk.
• Monitor risk, maintain risk register, and drive remediation.
• Ensure data protection compliance and privacy program implementation.
• Drive global/regional compliance projects and audit readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate in life sciences; pharma background preferred.
• 5+ years in pharma compliance in Germany.
• Expert knowledge of regional/local Codes of Practices.
• Strong knowledge of ABAC, Data Protection, GDPR, TPRM, and HCP/HCO transparency.
• Working knowledge of the German healthcare system.
• Proven track record in pharma compliance roles.
