📋 Description

• Design, implement and improve AML/CFT program for El Salvador.
• Lead process improvements across LATAM operations and controls.
• Liaise between global and regional teams on policies.
• Develop scalable solutions for current and future regulatory changes.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, Risk, Product.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and regional training programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years AML/CFT experience for VASPs/PSPs.
• 2+ years crypto compliance experience.
• Stakeholder management with senior leadership.
• Advanced AML/CFT operations: CDD, EDD, monitoring, sanctions, PEP.
• Independent management of high-risk cases.
• Proficiency with blockchain analytics tools: Chainalysis, Elliptic, TRM Labs.
