📋 Description

Lead AML/CFT compliance program design for El Salvador per global standards.
Manage day-to-day casework and regulatory reporting obligations.
Liaise between global compliance ops and LATAM teams.
Drive process improvements for LATAM compliance operations.

🎯 Requirements

4–6 years global AML compliance experience (VASPs/PSPs).
At least 2 years crypto company compliance experience.
Stakeholder mgmt with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Advanced AML/CFT ops: CDD, EDD, monitoring, sanctions, PEP.
Proficiency with blockchain analytics tools (Chainalysis, Elliptic, TRM).
Spanish fluency; LATAM regulatory knowledge.
