📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance monitoring and testing programme
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance
• Provide compliance advisory support and guidance on regulations and best practices
• Develop, implement and operationalise policies and procedures, incl AML/CFT
• Oversee the implementation of new regulatory requirements and horizon scanning
• Work with the COO and CEO Initiatives to ensure alignment and operational efficiencies

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in crypto, fintech, or other regulated, fast-paced industry with high volume transactions
• Strong second-line Compliance experience in a senior role at a regulated MiFID investment firm, MTF, bank, crypto exchange or payments firm
• Knowledge of AMLDs, CJA, EMR and PSD2
• Experience in relation to VASP registrations
• Experience managing complex, global compliance projects
• Demonstrated ability to effectively analyze risk and apply sound judgment in a timely manner
