📋 Description

• Lead compliance for Altruist Advisors, our SEC-registered IAR.
• Senior IC overseeing end-to-end IAR program and policy build.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing.
• Hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office.
• Partner with Head of Compliance to scale the corporate RIA.
• Own Form ADV preparation, filings, and updates.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in investment adviser compliance.
• Experience in fintech or high-growth financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Investment Advisers Act and SEC Marketing Rule.
• Experience preparing and filing Form ADV.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Securities licenses: Series 65/66, 7, and 24 preferred.
