KPI Monitoring: Analysis of all unit performance statistics using centralized data tools
Targeting and management of poorly performing units through improvement and escalation plans
Detailed, accurate progress reporting internally and to client
Providing training support for data entry processes
Presentations to stakeholders regarding NEC Registry applications and data
Acting as liaison between hospitals and the NEC Data Quality team

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Self-motivated
Ability to work independently and in a team
Excellent communication skills
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure
