Compliance Officer

📋 Description

• Research, draft, review, and update organizational policies, standards, and procedures based on
• Develop new policy frameworks in collaboration with subject matter experts, ensuring that
• Manage the complete policy lifecycle, including document version control, scheduled reviews
• Prepare and coordinate client-facing compliance communications, including questionnaire responses
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity across all published policies by maintaining editorial
• Collaborate with attorneys and the Legal and Compliance Committee to facilitate policy reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in Communications, English, or a related field, or equivalent professional
• Demonstrated experience in policy development, policy administration, and document lifecycle
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex legal, regulatory, and
• Ability to interpret industry regulations, government publications, legal documents, and compliance
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders at different organizational levels, including subject
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects
