Compliance Officer

📋 Description

• Monitor day-to-day activities to identify compliance issues.
• Support rollout of compliance policies, procedures, and training.
• Conduct internal compliance reviews and audits; document findings.
• Maintain compliance registers and trackers for regulatory reporting.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on Volta.
• Deliver training on compliance obligations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in compliance, risk, audit, or regulatory roles in financial services or fintech.
• Solid understanding of compliance principles, regulatory frameworks, and internal controls.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication; explain requirements to non-specialists.
• Strong organizational skills; comfortable with compliance tracking tools.
• Relevant compliance certification (e.g., ICA) is a plus but not required.
