📋 Description

Regulatory tracking & execution: monitor IFSCA, RBI, NPCI updates.
Convert circulars into tasks and drive implementation across teams.
Prepare regulatory submissions and maintain compliance trackers.
Embed compliance into PSP onboarding, TPAP, BBPS workflows; draft policies.
Audit & reporting: manage readiness, gather evidence, coordinate findings.
Risk & controls: monitor AML, fraud, sanctions; triage incidents & escalate.

🎯 Requirements

CA/CS/CMA/CFA or related postgraduate degree.
3–6 years in financial services (fintech/payments).
2+ years in compliance/regulatory/risk roles.
Working knowledge of IFSCA, RBI, NPCI (UPI/BBPS/PA/PPI) preferred.
Certifications (AML/CFT or relevant compliance).
Must meet IFSCA fit & proper criteria (integrity, competence).
