Compliance Officer

📋 Description

• Design and execute periodic compliance tests for earned wage access.
• Build populations from source systems and document sampling.
• Retain source data and produce regulator-ready work papers end-to-end.
• Assess activity against UDAAP, ECOA, Reg B, and Reg E.
• Manage findings: log exceptions, assign owners, track remediation.
• Maintain an up-to-date license/registration inventory and compliance calendar.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in compliance, audit, or regulatory ops in fintech/banking.
• Direct experience with documented work papers or filings.
• Knowledge of UDAAP, ECOA, Reg B, Reg E; EFTA/TILA a plus.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills for multiple obligations.
