Submit regulatory reports and disclosures to IFSCA and authorities on time.
Act as primary contact for regulator interactions, audits, and inspections.
Maintain strong governance across business operations.
Drive program management for strategic initiatives within US Stocks.
Coordinate cross-functional execution across compliance, operations, product, and business.

🎯 Requirements

Strong understanding of compliance, governance, and regulatory reporting in financial services.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Regulator-facing and comfortable with regulator interactions.
Ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities.
Experience in IFSC/GIFT City, capital markets, fintech, or international investment products.
4–5 years of relevant experience; based in GIFT City/IFSC.
