Compliance Officer- Health

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of all Hospital units allocated, including KPI monitoring, analysis of unit
• Support units through data entry training, teach the user community, and present to stakeholders
• Act as liaison between hospitals and the Data Quality team.
• Manage and resolve all queries logged for hospitals; document frequently asked questions.
• Attend Regional and National events representing NEC and customers' services.
• Participate in user acceptance testing of registry output services.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office – especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to self-motivate
• Ability to work as part of team and independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Good problem-solving/issue investigation skills
• Ability to work under pressure
