📋 Description

• Act as the designated Principal Officer / MLRO, overseeing compliance with the PMLA, PML Rules and
• Own and maintain the AML/CFT/CPF framework, including policies, risk assessments, transaction
• Oversee regulatory reporting to FIU-IND, including STR, CTR and other applicable filings.
• Oversee KYC/KYB, CDD/EDD, sanctions screening and customer risk frameworks.
• Oversee financial crime controls relating to fiat and virtual digital asset flows, including
• Serve as the primary AML/CFT contact for FIU-IND and relevant authorities, including regulatory

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of relevant experience, including significant experience in AML/CFT, financial crime or
• Strong working knowledge of PMLA, PML Rules and FIU-IND requirements.
• Hands-on experience with FIU-IND reporting and FINnet, including STR/CTR filings.
• Meet all applicable fit and proper requirements for appointment as Principal Officer / MLRO
• Qualify as an officer at management level for the purposes of appointment as Principal Officer
• Based in India and able to engage directly with FIU-IND and other relevant authorities.
