📋 Description

• Review policies and procedures; research local requirements; monitor EU/local regulations.
• Implement local regulatory requirements in firm systems and controls; coordinate with other departments.
• Draft regulatory periodic deliverables and regulatory communications.
• Perform controls and monitoring of the 1LoD when not covered by another team.
• Liaise with local regulators/FIUs in Romania.
• Liaise with front office on policies and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in regulatory and AML compliance in financial services.
• Own and drive a compliance framework in a fast-paced fintech.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills; excellent written/verbal comms.
• Autonomous worker with relevant Compliance/Legal qualifications.
• Interpersonal skills to be first point of contact with local regulators.
• Able to translate complex rules into practical controls in agile environments.
