Compliance Officer & MLRO

📋 Description

• Review policies, conduct regulatory gap analyses, and translate changes
• Implement local regulatory requirements in firm systems and controls
• Draft regulatory deliverables and communications
• Perform 1LoD controls and monitoring where needed
• Liaise with departments and regulators for risk reports
• Support SARs reviews with AMLCO and external submissions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven compliance experience in financial services focused on French market
• Experience as Compliance Officer or MLRO in fintech
• Track record with French/European regulator interactions
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting and regulators' tools
• CAMS or equivalent AML certification
• Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken)
