Compliance Officer (Regulatory Focus), E-Money & Payments

📋 Description

• Lead EEA EMI authorization workstreams, coordinating regulatory documentation, governance
• Manage UK EMI regulatory workstreams with the FCA, including governance requirements, safeguarding
• Develop, maintain, and oversee safeguarding frameworks across EEA and UK jurisdictions, ensuring
• Support ongoing compliance with EU Payment Institution authorization under PSD2.
• Prepare and review regulatory submissions, responses to information requests, and formal
• Conduct regulatory assessments of payment products, payment-flow changes, agent/distributor

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in regulatory compliance, authorization, licensing
• Hands-on experience with e-money/payments authorization frameworks (EMD2/PSD2, UK EMR/PSRs)
• Proven ability to draft governance and internal control system narratives, regulatory policies
• Practical experience engaging with national competent authorities or the FCA.
• Strong expertise in safeguarding requirements, including frameworks, fund segregation
• Working knowledge of EMD2, PSD2, UK regulations, authorization conditions, own funds
