Compliance Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Oversee onboarding and screening; due diligence for Kota users
• Build out transaction monitoring to support new payment flows
• Develop SOPs for KYC, TM and screening to meet regulatory risk
• Collaborate with second line of defence on investigations and reporting
• Support audits; provide materials to achieve excellent outcomes
• Drive process automation and workflow improvements with product and engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in KYC/onboarding operations at fintech or insurtech
• Strong attention to detail; spot and escalate red flags
• Builder mindset; able to build compliance processes
• Data skills; comfortable with large data sets to derive insights
• Clear written communication; effective with multiple stakeholders
• Comfort with fast-paced, evolving environments and ambiguity
