Compliance Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Ensure new corporate customers meet KYC, AML laws and policies
• Update customer account profiles and keep records up-to-date
• Coordinate internal and external communication to gather KYC information
• Keep internal procedures and documents up-to-date
• Support training, audits, projects, documentation, and ad-hoc tasks
• Cover US and Canada customer accounts

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in KYC or Global Due Diligence
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, client-focused
• Initiative to overcome obstacles and meet goals
• Flexible, decisive, and able to influence
• Ability to work well in a self-motivated team
