📋 Description

• Lead the operational implementation of regulatory licences across all licensed entities, ensuring
• Develop and maintain compliance operational frameworks, including SOPs, governance processes
• Standardise compliance operational documentation, templates and implementation methodologies across
• Maintain oversight of regulatory obligations by implementing governance, tracking and escalation
• Identify operational gaps between regulatory requirements, internal policies and business
• Partner with Licensing, Legal, Product, Technology, Operations and regional teams throughout the

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in Compliance Operations, Regulatory Operations or a related function within
• Demonstrated experience implementing regulatory or licensing requirements into operational business
• Experience operating across multiple jurisdictions and working with global stakeholders.
• Proven experience building or improving operational frameworks within a regulated environment.
• Strong programme management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent written communication with demonstrated experience designing SOPs, operational procedures
